In 2002, the Beckhams snapped up a villa in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the world. Palm Jumeirah is a luxury resort located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one of the most expensive resorts in the world, with a total cost of US$5,000 per night for a standard room. The resort has a total of 5,500 rooms and suites, as well as a spa, a casino, and a number of restaurants and bars. They reportedly purchased the villa for £1.3 million, and the value is believed to be now considerably more.

St Tropez

In 2003 David and Victoria purchased another luxury property, this time in St. Tropez, on the French Riviera, for £1.5 million. The impressive property boasted a heated pool and private chapel. The family would holiday in St. Tropez before selling the property in 2016.

Rowneybury House – Suffolk

Rowneybury House – Suffolk

Nicknamed the Beckingham Palace, Rowneybury House is a Grade I listed building in the town of Rowneybury, in the English county of Suffolk, and cost the couple £2.5 million. The estate includes a number of outbuildings, including a large barn, a dovecote, and a coach house. The Beckhams spent £3 million renovating the mansion. The house is now a hotel.
