Amanda will climb Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis - the highest mountains of Wales, England, and Scotland respectively - in just 24 hours to raise money for charity.

Who is Amanda Holden?

The first time Amanda Holden made an appearance on television, she was a participant in the game program Blind Date. Later, she appeared as Mel in the Kiss Me Kate series. She also appeared as a guest star on Goodness Gracious Me and Jonathan Creek during this period. The actress then had supporting roles in The Grimleys and Hearts and Bones.

From 2006 to 2008, Holden played Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart. She also began serving as a judge on Britain's Got Talent in 2007, which helped her rise to superstardom.

She has also made a few film appearances. In 1996, Holden was cast as Pamela in the film Intimate Relations. Three years later, she appeared in the flick Virtual Sexuality.

Thanks to her strong on-screen presence, Amanda is now one of the most popular faces in the British entertainment industry.

In terms of her personal life, the British actress wed comedian Les Dennis in 1995 and afterward filed for divorce. She and her then-fiance Chris Hughes welcomed their daughter Alexa Louise Florence Hughes into the world in 2006.

Two years later, on December 10, 2008, the pair were hitched. In February 2011, Holden gave birth to Theo Hughes, Hughes' second child. Sadly, the infant died at birth. After that, she gave birth to his third child, daughter Hollie Rose Hughes, the following year.

According to The Sun, her glamorous appearance while leaving office was in preparation for the Three Peaks Challenge she will be participating in on October 6 and 7. With a climb of 10,476 feet in a single day, Amanda will ascend the highest mountains in Wales, England, and Scotland (Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis).

It will belong to Global's Make Some Noise organization, which seeks to generate funds for people facing the most difficult situations.

‘I've done all the training and am supported by a fantastic team on the journey', Amanda said of the challenge.

The TV star continued, saying she hoped to 'make some noise' for their work:

‘We're ready to raise money for these incredible causes and help make some noise for the work that they do.’

Starting in Wales, Amanda and her team of mountaineers made the steep climb to the top of the misty mountain Snowdon.

And on Friday morning, the TV favorite successfully completed her challenge as she conquered the UK’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, live on air. The 51-year-old star shared the amazing view with her followers as she called the experience 'the hardest thing I've ever done in her life'. She then popped a bottle of champagne at 4,411 feet - the highest point of the UK.

She captioned the clip:
