Ryan and Blake are already parents to James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3. Blake first revealed her pregnancy with baby No. 4 in September, debuting her baby bump on the red carpet for the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women's Summit.
The couple then apparently confirmed that they welcomed their fourth child ahead of the 2023 SuperBowl by sharing a photo to her Instagram without a baby bump. Blake has been sharing photos of her pregnancy progress on Instagram ever since.

As he appeared on stage at London's O2 Arena on Saturday (March 4) alongside comedian Rob Delaney, the Deadpool star dropped some hints about the baby's name. As usual, the 46-year-old became the life and soul of the party with his trademark comical anecdotes and intimate sharing of his life.
After talking about his career, Ryan joked about having picked up a special name for his newborn baby:
He said:
'We actually called our daughter Cocaine Bear. We picked the name out before the film was released so we’re involved in a litigation battle now.'
The actor later explained that they picked the name Cocaine Bear after a 2023 American comedy horror film before it was released and that they were now involved in a litigation battle over it.
