Photos from Adele's Los Angeles home have prompted eagle-eyed fans to speculate that the singer has secretly tied the knot with partner Rich Paul after a few months of dating.
Fans are theorizing that Adele has secretly married boyfriend Rich Paul after she posted a series of Instagram photos to celebrate her first Emmy win, reports Page Six.
Is Adele married yet?
On Sunday, the Easy On Me singer celebrated winning her first Emmy with a number of Instagram selfies, but her 5.8 million followers thought she has something much bigger to toast.
There is one photo that showed the trophy on her coffee table, next to a customized game of Rummikub - which fans believed the couple love playing - with the label The Paul's on the outside. The post was flooded with comments questioning whether the two really got married and kept in under the radar.
‘The Paul’s’ is you married?!’, one fan asked.
Another gushed: 'The Paul’s'. MY GIRL IS MARRIED!'
A third exclaimed in the comment section: ‘She gave us two announcements in one post. I love her energy.’
Amid the rumor, Adele has kept quiet and refused to immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Adele's engagement rumors
The 15-time Grammy winner previously denied engagement rumors in her September 2022 Elle cover story after she was seen wearing a massive diamond ring to the Brit Awards in February, reports Fox News.
She clarified in the interview:
‘I’m not engaged. I just love high-end jewelry, boy!’
Regardless of the truth, fans can probably hold faith that the couple would walk down the aisle soon as Adele is having a passionate and trustworthy partner with whom she really wants to be committed with. The Hello singer once shared that she was head over heels for Paul, saying:
‘I’ve never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him/ I definitely want more kids. I’m a homemaker and I’m a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music.’
The Emmy winner and her boyfriend first met at a party years ago, but they started dating later and only made it official in summer 2021. In the NBA Finals game between the Milwaukee and Phoenix Suns, the duo marked their first public appearance together, creating a blizzard of publicity. Shortly after, an insider confirmed to PEOPLE that the two were an item and have been dating for a few months. In September 2021, Adele went official with the sports agent by posting a series of photos on Instagram, including a snapshot of her and Paul cuddled up in the photo booth, captioning it with a red heart.
Since their relationship went public, the lovely couple has given us many hints of their sweet bond and fans have been expecting a fairy-tale wedding for the duo.
Adele once married Drop4Drop CEO Simon Konecki in 2018, sharing a 9-year-old son named Angelo. Unfortunately, the marriage did not go well and they eventually got divorced amicably in 2021, which the singer said is for the ‘pursuit of my own happiness’. She opened up on why they went their separate ways after more than seven years together:
‘I was just going through the motions and I wasn’t happy. Neither of us did anything wrong. Neither of us hurt each other or anything like that.’
