Emma Watson seems to have gotten bitten by the travel bug, as the Harry Potter star is seen vacationing quite a bit lately. Kicking off a great summer, Emma seems to be on a lovely escapade in Italy.
She spent a lovely afternoon in the sun, in Venice, also known as ‘the city of canals’. But this time, she wasn’t alone. Emma was spotted enjoying an outdoor lunch and frolicking by the water, in a relaxing afternoon outing with a mystery man.
Who is Emma’s mystery man?
Emma was spotted in Venice with none other than Ryan Walsh, a famous American businessman. Ryan Walsh is somewhat of a tech guru and has been in the tech industry for over a decade, as per Just Jared. He is the founder of the popular company Walsh Consulting Group.
While the world isn’t sure what the equation between Watson and Walsh is, one thing is for sure, they make quite a good-looking couple. The duo spent the beautiful Italian afternoon smiling and dining at an outdoor table, lunching together. Following their lunch, they hopped onto a boat and took a ride in the romantic canals of Italy.
Emma Watson’s dating history
Emma Watson has not shied away from dating publicly. Being someone who rose to fame at a very young age, the world has seen Emma evolve into a young woman, through the years, alongside various gentlemen.
To begin with, Emma Watson doesn’t seem to have a ‘type’. She has been spotted with people from different walks of life, from athletes to musicians and actors. She has been spotted with big names such as Johnny Simmons, Chord Overstreet, Matthew Janney, Roberto Aguire, as per Life and Style Mag.
Emma’s most serious relationship
Emma did come out once and mentioned that just because she is seen with someone, that didn’t make them her boyfriend. And went on to say that she was single, and believed in ‘self partnering’.
Among all her flames and relationships, the most serious one was said to be with Leo Robinton. Emma and Leo have been seen together so many times, and there were even engagement rumors floating around about the both of them. But, things soon fizzled out, and they went their separate ways. Most recently, the Little Women star was seen getting close to Brandon Green, last year. But, this alleged relationship remains mere speculation and wishful thinking by her loyal fans.
Emma Watson’s career right now
As most of Watson’s fans may have noticed, the Beauty and the Beast actor isn’t seen in many new movies. After over two decades of being in the limelight, Emma Watson has decided to take a step back from acting. Her last appearance on the big screens was in 2019 when she starred in Little Women.
Emma went on to open up to Financial Times, as to why she decided to take a break from her work. She said:
“I wasn’t very happy, if I’m being honest, I think I felt a bit caged. The thing I found really hard was that I had to go out and sell something that I really didn’t have very much control over. To stand in front of a film and have every journalist be able to say, ‘How does this align with your viewpoint?’ It was very difficult to have to be the face and the spokesperson for things where I didn’t get to be involved in the process.”
The fact that she didn’t have a voice or say in her work, seems to be the key reason for her leaving the industry. But, things seem to be going well for Emma Watson as she has found her calling in writing and directing, especially for huge luxury brands like Prada, as per New York Post.
