He has hosted numerous cooking shows, including Let's Do Lunch with Gino and Mel, Gino's Italian Escape, Gino's Win Your Wish List, and Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip. He has also made several guest appearances on popular shows like This Morning and Celebrity Juice, reports the Mirror.

Gino's reason for leaving iconic show

Taking to Instagram, Gino has announced that he would not return to Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip. The ITV show first aired in 2018 which saw Gino, Gordon and Fred travel to Italy, France, America, and Greece to experience new cities and food, as well as learning to live alongside each other in their campervan.

In the video, the TV chef explains that his decision comes after several 'stressful' rows over his contracts with ITV. Gino, however, insists that there is nothing personal between him and Gordon Ramsay or Fred Sirieix, who he wants 'to be friends with in many years ahead'. He said:

'Last week I decided not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road trips. The reason is very simple – nothing to do with Gordon or Fred, the friendship is very strong. It’s just because we can’t get the dates together and sometimes when we do get the dates together sometimes they get changed and it causes a lot of problems for me because I have other stuff that I have to do.'

The star told his followers:

'Because contracts start to become very complicated and very stressful, I personally value the friendship with Gordon and Fred so much that I would rather the friendship than arguments with the contract. So I have decided not to do it anymore because I want to be friends with the boys for many, many years ahead.'

Special bond with Gordon Ramsay

Gino's most famous television partnership is with Gordon Ramsay, the 7 Michelin-starred chef who is famous for Hell Kitchen and Master Chef.

According to Delish, the two became friends when Gino appeared as a guest on Gordon's show, The F Word. They hit it off immediately and went on to host several shows together, including Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip.

Gino and Gordon's relationship is unique, as they are both known for their strong personalities. However, they share a love for food and a passion for entertaining audiences. Their on-screen chemistry is electric, and viewers love to watch them bicker and banter while creating delicious dishes.
