Promising debut for Junior
Junior is the 17-year-old son of singer Peter Andre and former glamour model Katie Price. He has five half-siblings from his parents' other relationships, and his parents met on the popular television show I'm a Celebrity back in 2004.
Like his father, Junior is pursuing a professional career in music. The aspiring star made his music debut last year and has since gained a lot of attention with his music. He topped the UK iTunes chart with his debut single, Slide, and went on to perform his first gig in the summer, reports the Mirror.
The single was number one on the UK iTunes chart, beating popular artists like Harry Styles and Lady Gaga. After signing his first record deal with Columbia Records, Junior put in a lot of hard work and dedication into his project, which has been appreciated by his fans.
Peter and Katie Price, Junior's parents, have been supportive of their son's success in the music industry. When Junior signed his first record deal, Peter was present by his side and expressed his happiness for him on social media. In an Instagram post, Peter said:

According to OK! Magazine, Junior is not the only child in the family interested in music. His younger sister, Princess, has also expressed her interest in pursuing a career in the music industry. However, she's currently focusing on her education and hasn't made any public announcements regarding her future plans.
Important milestone for Junior Andre
Recently, the young artist took a huge step forward in his career by landing a gig at Bestival, which made his father even prouder. Bestival is a four-day music festival held in the south of England, and has hosted many famous celebrities over the years.
Junior took to Instagram to share the exciting news, captioning: 'I’m gonna be appearing at @campbestivalshropshire this summer. Can’t wait! Who’s coming?'
Peter has been documenting Junior's journey into the music industry on his social media accounts, sharing footage of his son's first-ever gig on Instagram. In addition to his father, Junior's fans and the crowd at his first gig were also impressed with his performance.
In an interview with New Magazine, Peter said that Junior has worked really hard, and things are definitely falling into place for him.
Gushing about his son’s latest achievements in his column for New magazine, Peter said:
'Junior is performing at Bestival this year, as well as other shows. He’s going to be doing a lot more very soon too. It will be a great year for him and I couldn’t be prouder. He’s worked really hard and things are definitely falling into place for him.'
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker added: 'He always used to come and watch me on stage, but it’s his turn now. He will be great.'
