According to Vanity Fair, the 20-year-old singer admitted that she struggles to develop a strong love connection with a partner, but added that she is ‘excited about everything’, including her budding new relationship.

Following the mounting criticism, Award-winning artist Billie said that she makes an effort to keep her love life private since the internet can be unpleasant about ‘stuff like this’.
‘Falling in love is hard for me. It's a spooky thing, love. It's really spooky’, she acknowledged in a Highsnobiety interview.
She continued, saying she was ‘stoked’ about this time in her life because she had just finished her Happier Than Ever tour, receiving an Oscar for her James Bond ballad and her romance with Jesse.
