During a recent episode of Loose Women, Linda Robson made a stunning revelation: she had lost her wedding ring. Amid swirling rumors about her relationship with Mark being on the rocks, Linda's disclosure left the audience in awe. Reflecting on this incident, Linda suggested: 'I did lose my wedding ring, but maybe that was a sign!'

Linda's openness continued as she shared intimate details about her personal life. She left viewers shocked when she admitted that she and Mark haven't had sex for two years. This confession sparked a discussion about the impact of a sex hiatus on a relationship. Linda boldly stated: 'Can I just say I've been celibate for two years?'

An open mindset about marriage

While discussing her views on romance, Linda expressed her preference for solitude and independent travel. She admitted to not having time for romance and instead finds joy in spending time with her friends, children, and grandchildren:

'I can't be a**** with all that. I'm just happy going out with my mates and my children and my grandchildren. If I've got three or four days off work, I'll just go to Mallorca. I'll get a flight out there. Stay in a hotel hopefully full of Germans so no-one will recognise me and just have a nice relaxing time.'

She added: 'I just love sitting on the sun bed, round the pool, on the beach, reading a book. I would like to take a cruise round the world on my own.'

Inside Linda's marriage with husband of 33 years

Despite the rumors surrounding their relationship, Linda Robson asserted that she and Mark are still happily together. In May, Linda dismissed breakup reports as 'rubbish' and clarified that she and Mark love their children more than anything else in the world. She acknowledged the normal ups and downs of any long-term marriage:

'That’s a load of rubbish. We’re still living together. We both love our kids more than anything else in the world, obviously you have a few hiccups in every marriage. We’ve been married 33 years so it’s not going to be all plain sailing, but we’re still together at the moment.'

As per The Sun, Linda and Mark first crossed paths as teenagers, but their romantic journey did not commence until years later. She told her Loose Women co-stars in 2017:

'I used to babysit for Mark – he was a couple of years younger than me… I was 16 and he was 13 and a half, and he was a bit of a pain, to be honest. And we lived in the street next to each other.'

Their relationship blossomed when Linda's eldest daughter, Lauren, asked Mark for a lift home from the park. This chance encounter eventually led to their first date.

The couple tied the knot in 1990, and over the years, they have welcomed two children together. Their enduring union reflects the complexity and resilience of long-term relationships.
