Prince Harry had a candid interview with Tom Bradby on Sunday night, but some viewers were distracted by a weird detail behind the Duke of Sussex.

On Sunday night, just two days ahead of his memoir Spare's release, Prince Harry dropped yet another load of bombshell revelations. The Duke of Sussex spoke to Tom Bradby on ITV, during which he laid bare his deteriorating relations with the Royal Family and the sibling rivalry between him and Prince William.

Some notable details in Prince Harry's interview

According to the Mirror, the interview came just before Prince Harry's much-awaited autobiography Spare goes on sale (Tuesday), and it also served as the chance for the Duke to discuss some major revelations from the book.

During the interview, Prince Harry opened up about the difficulties in his life that ensued from the tragic death of his mother, Princess Diana. He also blamed the British press and their excessive interference in the royal life, accusing them of indirectly causing Diana's accident.

He also denied accusing the British royals of racism during his infamous Oprah interview back in 2020. During the interview, Bradby told Harry: 'In the Oprah interview you accused members of your family of racism.'

The Duke denied it, saying: 'The British press said that'.

Furthermore, Prince Harry revealed that he faced a 'horrible reaction' from his own relatives when Queen Elizabeth II died, including a claim that King Charles told him not to bring Meghan to Balmoral.

The streak of claims did not end there, though, as the Duke of Sussex brazenly branded his mother-in-law Camilla a 'dangerous villain'.

According to the Mirror, Buckingham and Kensington Palaces have refused to content on the contents of the book, while Prince William and King Charles also remained silent.

Weird detail in the background

While Harry continued to reveal more bombshells in his talk with Tom, viewers admitted they spotted a weird detail in the background of the interviewing room.

Some doors could be seen behind the Duke, which left viewers baffled as to why their handles were upside down. Many fans took to social media to express their confusion:

'Just starting #HarryTheInterview and before its actually started I'm already annoyed...... the door handles are upside down.'

Another account added: '#HarryTheInterview the thing from this interview that is really making my blood boil. Who put the doors handles on upside down!! Just can’t concentrate on anything else!'

Meghan Markle's relationship with other royals

Back in the interview, Prince Harry also shed light on the fractious relationship between his wife Meghan, and other royal members. The Duke claims that Prince William and Kate Middleton couldn't get on well with Meghan right from the beginning, despite the couple being a huge fans of Suits - the series Meghan famously starred in.

The Duke, however, didn't give an exact reason why they fell apart, citing 'lots of different reasons'. He hinted at William's expectation:

'I don’t think they were ever expecting me to get into a relationship with someone like Meghan, who had, you know, a very successful career. There was a lot of stereotyping that was happening, that I was guilty of as well, at the beginning.'

Harry also revealed one funny story, in which he got into a heated row with Prince William over his beard and whether it should be clean-shaven on his wedding day. He said:

'I remembered that William had a beard himself and that granny and other people, the ones to tell – told him that he had to shave it off.'

He continued:

'Um, and I think William found it hard that other people told him to shave it off, and yet here I was on my wedding day wearing military uniform, no longer in the military, um, but thinking as though I – believing as though I should shave it off before my wedding day.'
