Property in the heart of London

Williams owns a luxurious mansion called Woodland Mansion in Holland Park, which is a known hotspot for celebrity homes. Other residents in the area include the Beckhams, Simon Cowell, Elton John, Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, and many others.

The singer reportedly bought the house in 2013 for £17.5 million, reports Express. The luxurious mansion features 47 rooms, Putting aside the features and amenities, Williams' experienced a conflict with his neighbor, Jimm Page over the planned addition of an underground swimming pool for this property.

Williams was essentially granted permission to build the pool, but builders were only allowed to use hand-held tools in the excavation process due to the fragile nature of Page's house, which essentially extends the timeline of the project up to years. Williams gave up on the project.

Extravagant country estate

Earlier this year in January, Williams sold a 7-bedroom country estate in Wiltshire that he had bought in 2008 for £8.1 million, reports HELLO! Magazine. The mansion is placed within a 71-acre estate and features an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a hot tub, a sauna, a spa, and even a helicopter hangar.

Additionally, the estate had separate cottages designated for potential guests, as well as housing for staff members. That being said, Williams listed the property for sale in November 2021, and sold it five months later for £6.75 million, which is considerably less compared to the buying price.

An abode in Beverly Hills

HELLO! Magazine reports that the singer bought sprawling property in Beverly Hills for £29 million in 2015. The impressive 10-bedroom property features 22 bathrooms, a gym, a screening room, a gym, and a massive garage capable of holding 11 cars.

However, In January this year, Williams sold the house to Drake for at least £31 million, reports The Daily Mail. Williams was initially asking for a price of £71.6 million, but due to a lack of buyers approaching the artist, the expected price was reduced.

A scenic Swiss home

According to Express, Williams purchased a dream villa in Zurich, Switzerland in 2021, which reportedly cost him £24 million. The singer moved to Switzerland at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic to isolate his family and subsequently bought the property from the businessman Nicolas Brunschwig.

Not much is known about the property, but aerial shots of the property showcase a tree-lined driveway that leads to a Genevan traditional-style villa. It features a swimming pool beside the villa and has a gated entrance.

Holmby Hills luxury

Earlier this year in March, The Daily Mail reported that Williams had bought an 8-bedroom 'sprawling Faring Estate' in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, that features additional guesthouses and 22 bathrooms. The property also features a koi pond, a tennis court, and a garage that can hold up to 15 cars.

The list of amenities doesn't end there, the property also has an extensive garden area, a saltwater pool and a pool house, a sauna, and a wine cellar. The Daily Mail further notes that the singer paid £44.3 million for the property.
