According to Closer, in a resurfaced clip from 2015, Selena Gomez was stunned to discover that a then 16-year-old Brooklyn had an alleged crush on her, which led to his split from girlfriend Chloe Moretz.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the We Don't Talk Anymore singer was asked: 'I once read that Brooklyn Beckham dumped Chloë Grace Moretz because he had such a big crush on you. On a scale of one to ten, how much truth is there in that?'
Selena, who was already a huge Hollywood star at the time, quickly refuted the claims and said Brooklyn was too young for her. She said:
'How old is he? Isn't he sixteen? Now I know I look sixteen, but I'm 23, like no, I just did a movie with Chloe and she's outstanding.'
Years after the incident, Selena is now much closer to Brooklyn, but as great friends. The trio were spotted traveling in November last year, and even celebrating the New Year together on a luxury yacht trip in Mexico.
After the trip, Selena took to Instagram to share a series of photos of the trio, joking: 'Fine call us a throuple #foreverplusone.'
Their relationship has been tightening so much that Brooklyn and Nicola, who wed in April last year, are said to have moved into the singer's home a few weeks before Christmas while they were looking for a new home. A source told Capital FM:
'Brooklyn and Nicola put their home on the market last year and had been living at Nicola's apartment in LA while they look for a new house, which has been far from ideal given how cramped it is.'

According to The Cut, the Another Cinderella Story actress is reportedly dating fellow musician Drew Taggart. The 33-year-old rocker is a part of the two-piece Electronic band The Chainsmokers, with mega hits over the years such as Closer, Roses, Don't Let Me Down, and Something Just Like This.
The couple has been enjoying their time together in recent weeks and is not afraid to show it to the world. A source told the Mirror that despite their high-profile status, the couple is 'very casual and lowkey' as they are enjoying trips to the movies and going bowling together.
